Stella is a character in Diner Dash Hometown Hero. She is the considered the female version of Seymour. She is patient and slow to order and eat, but moderately dislikes noise. Like Seymour, she also leaves a low tip.
In Avenue Flo and Avenue Flo Special Delivery she runs a bakery in Yum Yum Square and was asked to bake for Vicky's occasions.
She also appeared on DinerTown Tycoon at Squid Row. Her preferred ingredients are free range beef, Smith's farm corn and Bermuda onion.

Stella is known to wear a large summer hat and a floral dress. She also wears a pearl necklace and sandals.
